The garden is well established with a generous lawn and the scent of lavender and fynbos in the air. A children’s’ outdoor play area and trampoline to the rear of the house ensures the whole family will be building the memories of a lifetime.The house is set on 900 square metres, and has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Fantastic indoor/outdoor flow means there is a comfortable place for everyone to relax.
A few minutes drive to the beach, restaurants and large shopping mall. A few minutes more and you are on the Constantia Wine Route or swimming with penguins on Boulders Beach. This is a much loved home with a warm atmosphere. Ideal for a family with children, suitable for all ages. The magic of the surrounding mountains, the blue skies, the flowers and the greenery of the garden create the perfect peaceful holiday feel. Serenity found!
There is a spacious open plan living area with great flow onto a covered veranda, large garden and pool with sun loungers. Generous main lounge with fire place and wall-mounted plasma TV, open plan dining area leading to kitchen. A second smaller, family TV room/play room with direct access to the back garden with jungle gym and 10ft trampoline for the kids. DVD player, video machine, Satellite TV and WiFi throughout ensure that everyone is entertained. A separate study provides a quiet place to work if you need to stay on top of those deadlines. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern new appliances including; gas stove/electric oven/extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. Under floor heating on the ground level keeps your toes toasty and warm in winter. The house has immaculate finishes, and is clean and well maintained.
Noordhoek Terrace Views has a covered veranda with various comfortable areas to relax and enjoy the wonderful environment and spectacular sea and mountain views. The hand-made wooden table seats 10 for el fresco dining. There is a portable Weber braai for barbeques and a wonderful outdoor play area to the rear of the house. The spacious pool (4mx7m) has a removable fence for toddler safety. This home is private, tranquil and secure, and protected from the Cape summer winds, and complimented with a large lawn and established garden.
Villa serviced three times per week. Housekeeping can be arranged on weekends and public holidays at an additional cost. Pool and garden are serviced weekly. The house is alarmed with 24 hour armed response service. At the entrance of Noordhaven is a 24 hour security guard (situated opposite the Villa). There is secure off-street parking for 3 cars behind automated date and the garden is fully fenced.

The linen is 100% cotton, and the luxurious duvets and pillows are hypo-allergenic with a luxurious feather down feel. Each bedroom has ample storage and wardrobe space.

Bedroom 1
The Master bedroom has a king size bed and some of the best views in the house. A generous skylight looks directly onto Chapman’s Peak while the doors and small balcony have views far along the coast and out to sea. The room is spacious and carpeted with direct access to a luxurious en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2
This elegant double bedroom is situated downstairs. The queen sized bed, lime-washed furnishings and generous wardrobe space make this a very comfortable space. The terracotta floor tiles add to the rustic feel while under floor heating keeps things cosy.
Bedroom 3
The smaller double bedroom downstairs is always a firm favourite with visitors. With views onto the back garden, the morning sun washes this room in a golden light while the beaded bedside lamps give the room an inviting ambience in the evenings.
Bedroom 4
This generously proportioned upstairs room can be configured as a twin bedroom or a king size double. The skylight and window offer inviting views over the mountains to the rear and side of the house.
