Pinewood is a two-storey, modern villa which is well situated in the heart of Newlands, with lovely mountain views especially from the top floor. It has good security with a central access point for 2 villas and a cottage in a gated cul de sac.
Perfect for entertaining as well as family living with its large, open- plan kitchen, lounge and living area which leads through sliding glass doors to the outdoor area.
Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size four poster bed with an en-suite bathroom with free standing bath. It has lovely views of the forest and mountain and has two balconies.
There are a further 2 smaller bedrooms with their own en-suite. The fourth bedroom is large and has a lovely en-suite too. These rooms lead on to a shared balcony with forest / mountain views. In addition to the superb style throughout, it has good security with an electrified-fence.
Pinewood has a sister property called Harmonious that can be rented too, ideal for larger groups. Harmony has a pool and is adjacent to Bliss. The two properties share the same driveway.
The villa is 10 minutes from Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront. Clifton and Camps Bay beaches are a mere 15 minute drive. Newlands is fabulous areas for business travellers or families. There are beautiful forest walks and Kirstenbosch is only a 5 minute drive away. It is in walking distance to the historic Newlands Village and iconic restaurants such as Barristers, Die Wijnhuis, Forrester’s Arms. There are award winning restaurants close by like Greenhouse and La Colombe. And of course there is the famous Newlands Rugby Stadium and Cricket grounds nearby.
