Bottom level 2 hotel style en suite bedrooms with shared private balcony.
This makes it ideal for groups or for 3 families (can have a level each so not live on top of each other) ...the middle and bottom level rooms both have a side entrance so don't have to access through the main house.
It is the best selling production location in Cape Town for "stay and shoot" for lingerie/swimwear and is iconic within the fashion industry.
Finish is white clapperboard boutique hotel style. The house has soul, is quirky, and oozes character, unlike most of the uber bling concrete glass boxes along the Atlantic seaboard
Historically we haven't pushed it for the short term holiday rentals market, but we want to grow this area.
