Kommetjie Breeze is a purpose built villa. This villa is +/- 60 steps away from Inner Kom, great place for kids to safely play in the water and about 7 minute walk to Long Beach, one of Cape Towns top surf spots. The village with the shops and restaurants is about a 2 min walk. The villa is safe and very secure with a completely closed off garden. Parking for two cars. Interior and exterior alarms linked to the local security company. The interior is designed with light bright fun furniture, open plan with many relaxing areas, perfect for a Summer holiday. The kitchen is complete with all you may need. One bedroom is downstairs with an attached study with Queen sized bed. Upstairs on mezzanine floor is the 2nd bedroom with double bed, toilet and basin. The bathroom with shower also has a door leading out to an outside shower. In the garden is a well decorated wooden cabin with double bed, toilet and basin. We have an enclosed patio with 8 seater granite table, chill area and table-tennis table.
