Main bedroom is huge with dressing room and en suite with bath and shower and bidet, it is air-conditioned. Two other double bedrooms with full bathrooms. Wifi plus small office.
Garaging for 3 cars. Maid is included 3x per week and must be paid by tenant if required to work extra days. Telephone available and calls will be charged.
There is a separate laundry equipped with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers this is shared by Scott Birnie who lives below. He has completely separate access and the laundry area is only access by him on his side. The laundry door to the main house and pool is locked
There are 2 big screen tv one in lounge and one in main bedroom. House is fully alarmed
Pool is cleaned once per week.
