This Kommetjie holiday villa is a modern Cape Cod self-catering holiday home in Kommetjie sleeps 8. It's a lovely open-plan holiday home in the secure Klein Slangkop Private Eco- Estate.
There's a lot I like about this house but have a look at the milkwood trees around the house and its eco-pool to absorb the spirit of this house: green and serene. Not only are you in a private beach estate but these lovely trees and the totally indigenous garden give you even more, privacy to enjoy a chemical- free dip in the pure water pool or simply to soak up the sun on the deck.

The main upstairs bedroom comes with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, and dressing room. Mom and dad can also enjoy some beautiful views from their own private upstairs pajama lounge. Each of the other 2 twin-bedded rooms has its own bathroom: one has a bath and shower combo; the other a state-of-the- art shower.
The open-plan spacious living area is furnished with comfort in mind. It leads to a big wind-free undercover patio where you will enjoy many hours either entertaining family and friends or reading while relaxing in one of the hammocks or outdoor couches. The patio also has a big 8 seater dining table ideal for an evening BBQ under the stars.
The inside dining room is adjacent to a sparkling open-plan kitchen where the cook of the house can enjoy putting together great meals but still be part of the family activities. There is a separate scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, as well as large pantry for all the storage you could ever need.
The house has a double garage. For peace of mind, the house has an alarm system although it situated in the Klein Slangkop Private Estate which has 24/7 security
