Steensway Villa is a tastefully appointed, open plan villa in the exquisite seaside village of Llandudno. This spacious villa provides privacy and spectacular views of both the beach and the surrounding mountains. It is north facing and situated in a quiet cul de sac close to the beach. This home comfortably accommodates 10 guests. The entertainment area leads from the lounge and dining area though large fold away glass doors onto a wooden pool deck with a dining and seating area and a rim flow pool. The view from the pool makes one feel that you are out at sea. This setting provides the ideal spot to view memorable sunsets. The TV room has DSTV, pvr with HD television, DVD/CD player and surround sound. The ADSL router situated in the study provides WIFI access to all areas in the villa. The comfortable and tastefully decorated main bedroom provides a spectacular view of the beach from the king size bed. The bedroom opens onto its own balcony. The main bedroom is en suite with a bath, shower, basin and bidet. Two other spacious and comfortable bedrooms open up onto a wooden balcony and offer delightful sea and beach views. The fourth bedroom inside the villa has sea views from the side window. These 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms with a shower and bath. The self contained outside cottage is stylish and well equipped to include a bedroom, bathroom with shower, lounge and small kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has great sea and beach views and is ideally suited not only for cooking but also for socializing. The outside laundry is well equipped. The house is well alarmed with an electric fence, outside beams and inside alarm. Llandudno beach is a 3 minute walk down the road and through the wooded area onto the beach. The House Manager, Annie, will meet you and is available for any queries you may have. A small grocery pack will be provided on your arrival. The house is serviced by Minnie on weekdays.
