Summer Retreat offers peace and tranquility - the mature shrubs and trees in our garden attract many birds of different varieties including the Cape White Eye, Sunbirds, Guinea fowl and many more.
As you enter the house - you have the breakfast room where there are such beautiful views of the ocean - and to your right is the second entrance to the private apartment downstairs which can be rented together with the villa at a additional cost
The sitting lounge has a recently new built in fireplace installed which is also part of the dining room. This room has big Mediterranean doors leading to the front garden and patio with outdoor furniture for entertaining and bamboo dining
The kitchen is fully equipped which has been recently renovated & improved and leads onto a terrace located in the front garden where you can enjoy bamboo dining.
The pool area is basically wrapped around the other end of the house which is where the maids courters are based and a separate laundry room.
There is a pool table in the games room which is the entertainment area including the surround sound system and much more...

*Spiral staircase leading from this bedroom down to the pool.

* Three bedrooms based upstairs - Main bedroom is the only en-suite on this level
* Main bedroom has steel folding doors on the windows and the doors for safety & security which leads onto a balcony with beautiful views
* There is an additional veranda in the main en-suite with an awning to block away the sun and is much bigger than the balcony.
