As you enter the property through an automated gate which has electric fencing, there are stone/granite steps leading to the front door.
As you descend the steps from the front entrance hall one is captivated by the view which surrounds the main living area.
An open plan dining room, lounge and kitchen all overlook the ocean. There are four lounge/living areas and a state of the art TV / DVD system.
The main level of the villa features the spacious, fully equipped open plan designer kitchen with scullery which is tucked away behind the kitchen.
The classical dining room, the sunlit breakfast area, the informal lounge with full entertainment system, and the private study - all of which lead through glass sliding doors onto the pool terrace offering magnificent beach views.
On the first floor are three large en-suite bedrooms which all have glass sliding doors that open up onto a large terrace which is also perfect for alfresco breakfasts.
All three of the sea facing bedrooms have the most incredible views while the fourth en-suit bedroom with full bathroom on the ground floor has its own private entrance, patio and study - in total the four spacious bedrooms offer exceptional accommodation, including plush soft carpeting, ample built-in cupboards, and luxury en-suite bathrooms.

The outdoor entertainment area has patio furniture & umbrellas and there are 4 x sun-loungers on the edge overlooking the exclusive beach of Llandudno.
Beyond this is the pool which is perched right at the front of the garden overlooking the beach and set into a timber wooden deck.
Access to the beach is a five minute walk down the hill or you can drive to the small car park - visitors to the house are also welcome to use the Llandudno tennis court for a small extra charge but please bring your own rackets.
