The beach house has a very peaceful and tranquil feel to it as there is no street noise and no pollution - the only sounds you will hear are those of the Ocean and surrounding nature. Bathed in golden sunlight most of the day, this Villa is ideal for relaxing by the pool, enjoying an al fresco meal on the terrace, strolling through the garden or simply exploring the boulders and rocks in front of the house.
The spacious interior flows out onto the terrace and the garden, and you have views of the Ocean from which ever window you look through. In season you can even see the whales and dolphins.
A 5 minute walk finds you on Sandy Bay Beach, and 15 - 20 minutes on Llandudno Beach. Llandudno itself is a very safe suburb as there is only one entrance into the area and a 24 hour security and medical presence.
Loacted 16 Km from Cape Town and 5 Km from Hout Bay village, this is a great base for a large group or family looking for an intimate beach holiday experience.
