The property was built in a free hold title property which began in 1828 and is in a protected area from the wind with lots of sunlight; uninterrupted sea views and sunset all year round.
Its been running as accommodation since the 1970's.
The villa has an alarm system, beams throughout the property and fully enclosed fencing around the plot. Due to its position within the National Park, the villa has been built on the side of a cliff giving it absolute privacy and security.
